Sunday lunch - Boneless leg of lamb on the rotisserie

Costco boneless leg of lamb. It came in netting that I took off and then tied it with a couple of loops of string to keep it all in place.

Used the roti with a full chimney of new and some some part used briqs.

Cooked under the Christmas tree lights on the decking.

Oh, wow, that looks so good. And the potatoes too! Wish my wife ate that stuff - I'd be cooking it all the time.
 
I was in Costco, my bride was shopping stuff I have zero interest in, so I went on the forum via my cell. I saw this thread, and I bought me a roast. It's good till mid January, but it won't see the end of 2016. Beautiful cook Gary, can't wait to follow it up
