Hello my bbq and grilling friends.
This Sunday was rib Sunday and this is what happened.
Pork ribs seasoned with lamberts rub and smoked with peach wood.


Maribel made abts for an appetizer.




Some Mac and cheese on the performer.

Rib are done after 5 hours.

Here it is plated. The beans were bushs ranchero beans with 1 tsp of Franks habanero death dust.

Finally today I got a few bags from Walmart. They were on sale $8.98 for 2 - 15 lbs bags.
