Suggestion - 2 new polls about Pulled Pork

This is a suggestion to Chris - maybe this could help to settle an arguement between my wife & I

Q1. Leave it chunky or shred it fine?

Q2. Mix sauce in or on the side?

My preference is to 'pull' it apart with forks into individual 'strands', or at most, clumps of two to three strands. Sauce should definitely be served on the side. But, truth be told, I can inflict serious damage to it however its served . . .

Q1 - Shredded but not necessarily fine.

Q2 - Sauce on the side. But I will mix about a tablespoon of sauce per pound for storage.
 
I pull in into chunks........however it naturally comes apart is generally how I leave it.

I usually don't sauce......once I did to revive frozen pp that was a bit dry. If it's smoked properly, the flavor is outstanding on its own. Sometimes I'll make a very thin sauce from the mop/rub I used in the smoking process. I'll serve it on the side.
