Stuffed Bird, Stuffed Pig

Friday evening, after the sun set, opened a cold beer

then grilled a few chicken breasts stuff with asiago cheese, roasted red peppers and tomatoes

kinda like Hasselback potatoes, cut across the other way on these Yukons

when the breasts were cooked and the taters were crispy, asparagus fried

i thought i ruined the tater by applying bleu cheese dressing to it, butt it was alright.

The asiago stuffing was terrific!
After dinner, we sat in front of the fire.

today, i found some nice thick pork chops

large Idaho potatoes were also on the grill along side the chops... i just did not photo them
plated with our garden carrots and steamed broc

the chops were tasty too, butt i'll take the bird stuffed over the pig stuffed anyday.

Great looking stuffed stuff, and I'm digging the bloomin' potatoes too!
The bird looks great, but the chops look irresistible!!
