You get no sympathy from me, Bob...you guys are posting about meat on a Friday during Lent!;)

Paul, that sometimes happens to me, too, when cooking for myself. Top sirloin for 2 becomes a ribeye for 1...and occasionally even at a place where someone cooks it for me!

Beautiful steak Paul... My wife will be going to Ecru MS for a whole week on a company bussiness. I think my weeks dinners will be meat only. No sides. Just my 5 yr. old daughter and 6 yr old son and me going crazy home alone!!!

Great looking steak. I have heard some good things about the Tatonka dust, will have to give it a try. Thanks for sharing.

man, i gotta tell ya paul... i've seen that tatonka blacken or darken whatever it's put on, and i gotta wonder what in the world is in it that does that....?
can you tell me?
look, your steak seems perfectly grilled, yet it's blacker than top soil, for pete's sake!
i'll bet a buck it was GREAT TASTIN'!!

Activated Charcoal is one of the first ingredients.

Looks like you cooked that big ol' steak perfectly, Paul! Haven't smoked in years, but I used to love a nice cigar when manning the grill. :)
