Back away from that Bubba burger and try some of these.

Meat = pork spare ribs w/tips
Rub = a mix of several rubs
Charcoal = Kingsford blue bag
Smokewood = apple and peach
Sauce = Bandana's Sweet & Smoky on a half slab only
Hood temp. = 250>270
Duration = 5 hours
Results = Excellent!

I envy anyone the self control it takes to smoke one rack of ribs at a time. What do you eat for leftovers?! Great ribs Bob!

Bandana's is a local barbecue joint, now with several locations.
Jo Anne and I think it's pretty good b-que, some folks don't.
Her favorite sauce is their Sweet & Smoky, I like the Southern one, and I think Mr Lampe liked the Memphis style best of the few that I sent to him.
They sell it in grocery stores here.

I'm with Gary - Hard to smoke only one slab at a time. I think the fam would mutiny if I showed up with only one slab!
