with our Milwaukee Brewers playing in St Louis this weekend, I felt it was appropriate to make a dinner similar to what those folks eat.
...and nothing better than pork steaks.... seasoned with Rufus Teague Meat Rub
a few minutes each side until they temped 145ºF....
...then tossed in a foil pan, covered with Milwaukee's own Secret Stadium Sauce and foil
the pork stayed on the grill for another hour er'so....
until they were plated with sautéed green beans, air fryer roasted garlic and Yukons.
the Saint Louis Pork Steaks were super tender and ooohsooo Delicious!
The BrewCrew lost the first of three, but this dinner was a Champion!
