.....started with lampland bacon.....

.....added 'shrooms & onions.....

.....big'ol beefburgers (with XTRA bacon JUST IN CASE) on the 26"OTG.....

Now those burgers have chunks of PepperJack cheese in there, cilantro, onion and sriracha sauce
with a little Lea & Perrins® Worcestershire sauce to boot. After all that, time for a Milwaukee Brew

.....while we flipFLOP the beef 'n bacon.....

...i also sliced a few asiago cheese ciabatta rolls to toast up....

.....add the onions & the mushrooms, toss on the beef with melted cheddar and muenster atop.....
.................................lay on the pigfat, include some jalapeno peppers...

.....and if that ain't enough, mix in some more sriracha on a dap of bleu cheese to kill any germs.

Outstanding looking burger but with all of the extras in there were you able to still taste the beef?
 
Double B from good king Jim: fantastic bacon and burgers, sir. I absolutely love Srircha, it was nice to see it used so respectfully - as in lots!
