I have been wanting to smoke in one of my kettles for awhile, I haven't tried it until now. I haven't had smoked turkey wings, until now. I haven't used the snake method, until now.
I fired up the 22 OTS using the snake method. A couple of pieces of hickory and a drip pan with a little water in it. They cooked up nice. I was impressed with the kettle holding temps, 275/300 for quite awhile. We threw on some beer brats for later this week. Toni made up some sweet corn bread and greens. I had a Arnold Palmer to wash it all down. I glazed the wings with some Sriracha Orange Marmalade, never had, until now.
