before startin' supper, started replacing some cheap plastic garden edging with empty wine bottles...

this is gonna take some time. I only have 'bout 20 bottles and twenty more feet to cover.

(the old yellow is now a bird bath, I know i'll take some $#!+ for this too ;p)
Ok, got the Weber fired up and the burgers on.
these were made with pepper cheese, sriracha, some misc. rubs and a little soy

poblano and long sweet red pepper circles were tossed over the heat

after a bit, white sharp cheddar and gouda cheeses topped the beef

IMG_2071.JPG

added some peppers to the toppings + placed in fresh ciabatta rolls then back on the grill

then served with sriracha-mayo-red-pepper-flaked grilled corn

Excellent tasting burgers! Love these guys!
Thanks for stoppin' by! Have a Great evening!

Super burgers and corn Jim!!! I'd be happy to donate some empty wine bottles but I think you'd rather empty them yourself (more fun that way!!)

No comment on your bird bath!!

Jim, I'm gonna give you some $#!+ for the bird bath! Was it beyond repair or like me you have a soft spot for birds? LOL! Everything looks great!

You just know I'm lovin' this.............. take your time. If you need help, just send me a few bottles.

Those long winters do affect one's mind don't they. (I'm serious, no smiley inserted here)

The burgers and corn look fantastic Jim!

Should have went with MHL bottles for the edging, woulda been a weekend project.:p

Dig the birdbath!
maybe put in some minnows for the diving birds.
better keep an eye on Maddie though.

Jim, it starts with the wine bottles, but it wont be long and that yellow kettle will seem tame compared to
the the hot pink 55 Cadillac in the front lawn of a house on Lake Ave, over in Cudahy. Check the place
out, just to see where you are headed!

Thanks everyone:)

Rick, i was beyond my help... and the birds do love it.

You been in NC recently?
Nope, sorry Phil. Liz saw this at a house near Grant Park in Milwaukee.

I've seen this yard... it's quite unique. I am not going THAT far.

Great looking burgers, but the edging isn't very straight....oh, never mind. What some guys will do for the sake of their yard...
