Spritzing Meat - Apple Juice vs. ACV vs. ?

Apple juice from frozen concentrate, the cheap stuff for me. About every hour for ribs and every two for a butt. It makes me look like a real expert.

I've been using water mostly. Last time I did a brisket I used ACV and the smell was kind of overwhelming.

I also use water But with a small amount of ACV.

If I do it, I use about half and half water with apple cider vinegar. This helps keep the spray bottle clean if I neglect it for months or what not.
