Sunday spares with apple and hickory for smoke.
after 2 hrs., ran 237+/- the whole time.
kind of fatty, hence the funky colors.
Keepin' and eye on black and blue.
small slab, so about done after 3 hrs.
KCMP sauced, on for another 1/2 hr.
Slaw, and potato salad along side.
Small ribs were fall off, large ones bite off the bone, both darn good!
Last night it was chicken tenders, spiedini style.
No veggies were harmed in this cook.
A fine start to the week.

I've yet to do beef ribs, amongst many others I've found and admired on here. Looks great Bob! any leftovers?
