Nothing new here but this is what I made for football Sunday.
Bought a big chunk of spare ribs. Usually do them St. Louis style but not this time. Brushed mustard on them and seasoned with simple home made rub.
Prepared OTS for mini minion cook
Put ribs on when coals were ready.
The spares were thin so I tried to keep the temp lower than I normally do.
Pulled off after about 4 hours and after saucing for thirty minutes.
Three ribs plated with some baked beans, cornbread and coleslaw.
Hope this post is not to boring. Nothing new or innovative here. The ribs did turn out wonderful. Very tender and the flavor of the spares is always really good. Thanks for looking!
