Spare Ribs, Pork and Beans

Picked up and smoked a package of pork neck bones. Half went in a pot of Collard greens and the other half went in a pot of Bushes beans.





In a pot went half of the smoked neck bones, half a chopped onion, two cans Country style Bushes Beans and a beer. Also threw on a rack of ribs seasoned with just Lawrys and black pepper.



Beans done after about an hour


Ribs done. they were on the grill for an hour, then foiled for an hour then two sauced and on the grill out of foil for about 20 minutes.

Way to go John! I've seen pork neck at my local supermarket but have been wondering what I could do with it...well now I have my answer. The ribs, the beans, and the collards all look unreal. Awesome job!
