Well done ribs lots of times and wanted something new. Tried this dry marinade I got from Sportsman's Warehouse. Let it get saucy for about 3 hours.

On the Performer they go with pecan for smoke.

Shred up some meat and put it on a roll with some bbq sauce. Turned out pretty darn good. The ribs alone where very good, great smoke and tenderness. Love the color on these.

Well, I'll be doing some slabs of St. Louis ribs tomorrow (on my new Mini-Joe Smoker). If they turn out lookin' as good as yours, I'll consider myself fortunate!
