Well done ribs lots of times and wanted something new. Tried this dry marinade I got from Sportsman's Warehouse. Let it get saucy for about 3 hours.

Had to put a little Butt Rub on it.

On the Performer they go with pecan for smoke.

3hrs later.

Foil it.

Out of the foil...little sauce.

Off the grill and ready to cut.

Shred up some meat and put it on a roll with some bbq sauce. Turned out pretty darn good. The ribs alone where very good, great smoke and tenderness. Love the color on these.
