Nothing exciting for dinner tonight.
First roasted a couple of ears of corn. later I removed the corn from the husks to add to the salad.
Seasoned some BSCTs with Mrs. Dash Southwestern seasoning and Lawry's Seasoning Salt. Cooked them direct at first to get a little color on them.
Then finished them indirect
My salad, Romaine lettuce, the roasted corn, cucumber, grape tomatoes, black beans, the chicken, Colby cheese, avocado, Sante Fe tortilla strips and Southwestern Dressing. Soup was Broccoli Cheddar fresh from the package. I did add some chopped up thawed broccoli to it.
