Hi All,
So steak it was
. We had some gorgeous never frozen 1.5-inch NY Strips so off they went onto the Smokey Joe Silver. We like them with a serious sear, mine at 130 internal, hers at 140.
Fired up the SJS with some Royal Oak Lump - Man, that little grill gets serious hot! They were super tender and delicious! On to the pics:
Seasoned and waiting for the SJS to get really hot:
Onto the SJS - Side one:
A couple three minutes later and onto side two:
Then cover on for a couple of minutes and then finally plated with some salad and a glass of red wine:
