Snowy-Soupy-Beer Bready Day

Had to hurry, first winter storm of this season.
Chicken breasts done just as sleet started to fall.

Soup prep.

Baked a loaf of beer bread using apple cider beer.

Soup at a simmer.

Family room, easy chair dining in front of a fire.

Beer bread French toast for this mornings breakfast.

Cardinals at the feeders during the snowstorm.

My toast to you all
may you stay as warm as toast
until the thaw......
