Anaheims are looking good in the store these days & pork butt was on sale.... so I picked up 2 1/2 lbs of peppers & 2 lbs of meat.
Roasted, skinned & chopped the Anaheims.
		
		
	
	
		 
	
		 
	
Fired up the Performer with a chimney of KBB. Trimmed, cubed, salted & browned the pork in the DO.
		 
	
Added the chilies, a little water & some necessary ingredients:
		 
	
Brought to a boil & then let everyone get happy for a while:
		 
	
Made some fried beans Tony style:
		 
	
The basic burrito:
		 
	
Smothered... and it's time to eat!
