Smothered Chile Verde Burrito

Anaheims are looking good in the store these days & pork butt was on sale.... so I picked up 2 1/2 lbs of peppers & 2 lbs of meat.
Roasted, skinned & chopped the Anaheims.

Fired up the Performer with a chimney of KBB. Trimmed, cubed, salted & browned the pork in the DO.

Added the chilies, a little water & some necessary ingredients:

Brought to a boil & then let everyone get happy for a while:

just picked up 10 lbs of pork shoulder at the butcher yesterday. you have inspired me ☺

also i really like your cutting board.
