BSCB seasoned with Mrs. Dash No salt Southwest Chipotle.


Sauteed some peppers and onions in a CI Skillet


When the breast hit 155 internal I placed the peppers and onions on top


At 165 I topped them with some Swiss Cheese.


Resting


Plated with a side salad.
