Bone in pork shoulder. Kirkland pellets in the hopper. Spritzed every 30 minutes with a cola / apple cider vinegar mix.

Portrait mode? How far back do you have to be? They look awesome. I’m going to be trying this.

Took a few pictures of some fruit on my counter, I had never thought to use portrait mode like that. Took some great pics. Hopefully get some of a couple butts I’m going to try to do this weekend.

Yes sir. Just portrait mode. I only move back as far as needed to blue the background. Depending on your phone, it may tell you to move back further, but I don’t worry about that.
