I decided to smoke some chicken using the kettle and Smokenator. I sure hope it comes out good!!!!!

What temp are you smoking at? 3 hours seems like a long time.

What seasoning and wood are you using?
 
Lance don't say that... Do the same set up and do the 3-2-1 method and enjoy some ribs...
You still have time get a slab and do it today....:)

Thanks for the encouragement I will tackle them soon enough.

I've only been cooking over charcoal for a couple months so I still got a lot to learn to say the least.
