This was my first time actually not working on smokeday. So I decided to slap on a slab of spare ribs trimmed down to St. Lew style, made some bakedbeans with the drippings and some garlic bread on the kettle.
Started with one of the largest slabs of spare ribs that I've ever seen.
Trimmed them down and on the grill. Love the trimmed bits, make great cooks treats throughout the cook.
Here is the finished product, no plated pics, to busy eating to remember to take the picture. Hope everyone enjoyed smoke day.
