I’ve never had a smash burger before, but I would definitely eat 1 or 2.
My Dad always made big juicy rare burgers and that’s what I’m used to.

Do you ever go to Steak 'n Shake? Their burgers are thin with crispy edges, and it looks like there are a few locations in the Charlotte area.

Is that breakfast?? All riiiiiight! Smash burgers are my absolute favorite. I bought a special extremely duty spatula just for making them. Looks great Chris.
