Small turkey breast on smoker

Hi,
I have a small 7lb turkey breast bone in I want to put on my smoker any suggestions on temp and time?

I use Chris's method without the brine because unenhanced turkey breasts are impossible to find here. Do three or four a year and they always come out great.

I did a 9 lb turkey breast this morning. I cooked it in the WSM at 350 for approximately 3.5 hours. I shot for an internal temperature of 165. I received plenty of compliments so l have no regrets.

Time just depends
But 325 works good
Just a couple hrs

Or, you can do low and slow
It will be smokier

But hotter and faster......is much juicier. Theres a reason we dont cook low and slow in oven
