Toni and I wanted to do some sliders with our new found cheese...BUTTERCASE!!! The only place we could find it was in the big WI. We had some shipped, it arrived the other day, we immediately thought....CHEESE BURGERS!!! Come to find out, while we are out shopping picking up TQ for some....BACON!!! What do we see?.....BUTTERCASE!!! It's a little bit of a drive for us, but being the rats we are....we'll do it!!!
I digress, please...forgive. Onto what you came to see. Here's the set up.

OOPS!! don't know how those peanut butter chocolate chip cookies got in there, (cook needs some sugar) We picked up some pizza grillers from our Amish neighbors. These sausages are awesome. They're packed with mozzarella and pepperoni and spices, mmmmmmm!
Here's what the sliders were seasoned with, before..and after.

How many dogs do you have Gene? Wow great looking football meal!! I could tear up a few of those burgers about now!!

Morgan, we have 2, a traditional black and white (which didn't make the post), maybe next time. And this red, she's kind of cinnamon.
 
Good looking meal there! I miss that cheese. Down here in the south you dont see it or brick cheese. And if you do it isn't Wisconsin and it isn't that good.
