Wow steve that some good looking Ramen:
I can see by the Mirin and sesame oil that you have expereicne in Japanese cooking..

If you havent already tried the Tare souce recipe from Webers " Japanese Grill" book I highly reccomend it.

I used my Weber kettle combined with real Binchotan and turned our back porch into a Yakkitori Party..

Hey all - I just got back from some work travel, so I haven't had a chance to really catch up on this forum. Just noticed all the kind words since the last time I checked. Thanks a lot! I'll have to whip something up soon and post again, gotta get back into the grilling groove!

Also, thanks for all who made the recommendations, I'll definitely be tapping on knowledge/skill/education of this board.
