Simple Wednesday Dinner

Hello all, we had our first nice day in awhile so I wanted to cook outside. Cooked a simple meatloaf. Here are the pics.

Diced some onions and seasoned the meat with a recipe I got online.

With the lit and unlit coals, about a chimney full.

On the grill with a ketchup based sauce from the recipe.

Turned the pan around at about an hour.

In to rest at about an hour and a half.

Heated up a nice loaf of French bread.

Plated with mashed potatoes I made inside and a salad Kim fixed up.

Really good and easy comfort food for the family in what has been a pretty chilly March. I would like to have a nicer camera for better pics but I don't.
