Howdy folks...simple burger cook tonight ...nothing special but I had to take up the slack for Tony's no drinking rule on week nites... So with nothing further here we go!
While heating up the grill...I popped the top on a good ole winter ale and started some bacon (mind you it's nasty weather here!! 45, wind kicked up to about 45 tonight and heavy rain)
Ok maybe that's not Tonys speed..how about an ice cold corona!!
Sorry no more bacon pics...some 80/20 patties seasoned with weber steak seasoning and worst sauce!

Sorry for the lighting...gets dark early now!!
Added some smoked sharp cheddar!!
All plated up with some steak fries, burgers topped with lettuce(on the bottom) bacon, cheese, tomato and onion!! Oh ...heck...I 86'd the beer and ran with a glass of dark rum and ice!!
And a bite for you good folks!!
Good burgers...gotta make them yourself!!
