Simple Sunday - Burgers

Hi All,

Went simple last night with just some 8-ounce burgers. I seasoned the meat with Worcestershire, Weber Gourmet Burger Seasoning and a little olive oil. We had a glass or two of Marques De Riscal red wine as a side :).

I cooked them using Meathead's method - Smoked for 10 minutes each side using hickory, then seared.

Just turned to side two of the smoking part
