Thanks J! Emilie used a 321 brine(3l water-2dl salt-1 tabl spoon sugar) The rub is Penzy´s California pepper.(get it and never look back) Other stuff in the brine = Garlic/bay leaf/thyme/white pepper. Cant say it added anything. So a simple brine..And a good rub is what matters!
Thanks ppl! What i meant to say about the sauce was that i looked on Solaks smashburger post,and in one vid they made a 1000 island sauce/spread. Tryed it out..And it was freaking awesome! A keeper 4 sure. Last night i just mixed it toghether. Next time i will messure and share.
