Simple spare ribs or me just being lazy???

Monday I found some spare ribs on sale. Didn't trim and just seasoned with fiesta brand rib rub. Very lightly tho.



After 1.5 hours took a look



Total cook time was 3.5 hours. Used the weber 26 with lump at 275



This ribs were delicious. Taking off the grill the ribs were sizzling with its own fat.

Hey Tony, there are only 2 ribs on my plate. There were 13 on the slab...... let me do the math here.....

Ribs are my favorites (all cuts) and yours look wonderful! Very nice plate!

It looks like you're making use of that 26 incher!!

That's not lazy at all. I've come to prefer untrimmed ribs. Only time I make them St. Louis style is if I want to make myself a rib tip snack while everyone else is waiting for the main event.
