Sick of my Brazilian picanha cooks yet?

Long story short, I have 4 sirloin caps in my freezer, so in order to free up some much-needed space, I made picanha...again. I made a short video of the cook (link at the bottom of the thread), so feel free to laugh at my very amateur cinematography and video editing skills .

First, all the compliments on the video are very much appreciated - I promise to do more videos in the future. I'll make sure to thank as many TVWBB members as possible during my acceptance speech at the Academy Awards when I win the Oscar for Best BBQ Short Film

@Stuart S: I took the video with an iPhone, and did all the editing using the iMovie app.
