Shrimp Lo Mein in the Weber Wok

I'm a big fan of the Weber wok - we do a stir fry almost every week, so why not do it on a Weber?

The snow is slowly melting here, though its still cold (10 this morning as I type!) We got the wok hot - oil it, and first do the shrimp...

Pull the shrimp, and start the veggies - garlic & shrooms first, then carrots....

... add the Napa cabbage, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and sauce - then at the end add the noodles, snow peas, mung bean sprouts and shrimps back in, give it a mix and get it hot.....

And plated.....(well, technically bowled, I guess ...:) )
