Shrimp Fried Rice on the Weber

Friday night is keep it simple night here - long work week, just feel like watching some baseball, and listen to some tunes - but as always, feel like cooking outside. We had some shrimp in the freezer, so we decided to do a little shrimp fried rice...

do the egg first, then the shrimpys - Marinated them in olive oil, garlic, tyme, marjoram, oregano, onion, new mexico chile power, chipolti powder, black pepper, and salt.

I like the sound of that seasoning on the shrimp. You and Dwain could shut down the local take outs with this kind of creativity!
 
Wonderful looking meal, i've never been successful with making fried rice. Looks like you don't have that problem at all. Well Done.
