I got such a positive response and interest in my last thread where I cleaned some cast iron and cooked some fried chicken. Thought it would be fun to see y'all's cast iron. Here is mine to start:

I also picked up a griswold #5 small logo that is on its way :). Asked the wifey for a Dutch oven for Christmas. Hope she gets me one!

Lets see what you have!

Love da cast iron!
There's a Lodge outlet store by my MIL's house in Myrtle Beach that I get good deals on new "blemished" CI. None of the imperfections are on the cooking surface... it's usually a tiny nick in the bottom or a weird looking logo. I bought this square pan there. (It's my #1 for the grill). I also use a lodge 15" ci pizza pan on the grill too, it doubles as a griddle and is good for serving "sizzlin'" fajitas on. Have a couple of Cuisinart CI too; one big enameled DO and one chicken fryer.

square and a cornbread stick mold I bought on my last trip:

I also have the lid and trivet that goes in the bottom. It was may brother-in-laws mothers pot. Her name was Betty, so I call them "Betty's Beans". Its about 70 years old. He gave it to me for free! It's a Griswold.

Earl,
Your "Betty Beans" look much better than my "Bob's Bodacious Burned Boston Baked Beans":)

Earl----Man, Betty looks great! Those griswold DO's are in high demand! You are lucky to inherit such a fine piece :)

Bob--- nice pics and CI use

This is a fun and healthy way to cook! I think weber does havel an insert like this for the gourmet bbq. In this pick i have shrimp, scallops and veggy's asian style.

Highly recomended for 2 to 4 persons.

I use the black cast iron for outside use. The red ones were gifts from my wife's boss. They are called calphalon... Can they be used on the weber grill?

Nice Griswold #7 block logo Tim! I have one coming my way that also has a heat ring. Got it for $20. It needs major cleaning though!

Update:
Got my Griswold slant logo #9 griddle all clean and rust removed. Thin layer of oil after drying it out. I plan on seasoning a layer or two tomorrow :)

Second round of cleaning on the griswold block logo #10 skillet. Back and cook surface look darn good. Outer sides need more gunk removed!
