Sausages On The OTG

TVWBB Honor Circle
Made some Bratwurst, Chorizo and Sweet Italian sausages on my 22 1/2" OTG.
Cooked indirect at about 275F dome temperature, for about 1 1/2 hours.

Using my BernzOmatic JT850 for the first time.

Great cook Bob...loved it all! Ok so gotta ask..was there chilli in the foiled pan? If not maybe next time...brats look super. I could go for a few chilli dogs about now.
