Saucy Dog Balls

Sous chef wanted to make some saucy balls and poor man burnt ends. A while back I made a bunch of meatballs and froze them 8 to a vac pack. Since each tray holds six we used the other four spots for the burnt ends. Going to use the mini and plan on a low and slow cook. We will top the meat balls with cheese part way through.

That looks awesome Case, your Sous Chef did an outstanding job. I'd like to try that one, nice and easy for sure.

Got to agree with Barb.

Thank you!!! Already having the meatballs made works great for a quick after work smoke. Sure was tasty! Poking holes in the foil pan to drain the grease when we added the cheese worked great. There weren't any leftovers!

I have some Casper's hotdogs and my boiler broke. Been wondering how I would cook them...Now I know :)
Nicely done Case Jr.
