Hello everyone! Here is my Saturday's Pork cook.

5.5 lb pork neck, cut into eight steaks, seasoned with Stubb's pork spice rub

cooked at 250 F, using a cherry wood

then all placed in foil for about 40 minutes

Wow - really nice looking pork Mildo. I have seen neck bones for sale around here - sometimes I smoke them and use them to flavor my red beans or BEPs. I'm not sure if I can get the roast or steaks though. If I can I'm going to try that soon. Tell me - was the Pilsner Urquel for the meat or for the chef?

Yes, we have sunny weather these days. But politically cold, induced underdeveloped nation to the east of us of course not good for me. Believe me I know what I'm talking about. Your cold is better my friend.
