5.5 lb pork neck, cut into eight steaks, seasoned with Stubb's pork spice rub
cooked at 250 F, using a cherry wood
about 2,5 hours
I apologize to everyone who had not such weather
You can also see what other ingredients were used
then all placed in foil for about 40 minutes
and finally sear
served with sauerkraut and potato dumplings
