Saturday Thick Cut Chop Lampe Style

I was off on Friday and went to the local meat market in Kewaskum and picked up a few chops. I knew when she pulled them out from the back that one had to go on the grill Saturday.


Seasoned it up with some Arizona Rub Chili Lime:


Took out the redhead and loader her up:





Plated with a potatoe and some lame looking and tasting beans:


Oh yeah...and dont forget the wine
