Saturday steak salad!!

Evening folks...the boss requested steak salad after a busy Saturday ( my Saturdays are always busy cause I don't want to do crap on Sunday but watch football!!)
Soaked a London broil in a mixture of red wine, EVOO, worst sauce and weber's garlic and herb for a couple hours!! Went out back and fired up the performer and finished off a new pumpkin ale!

Here's my girls wanting to play ball...again!(labs I tell ya!)

Ok another pumpkin ale in a chilled glass while waiting for the coals to come up to temp!

Bout ready!!

LB on the grill for a sear!

Flipped!

After a quick sear I moved the LB to the rear and poured the rest of my concoction on it!

While the meat was indirect I added some parm bread!!

Served up with some blue cheese and another pumpkin ale!

Not bad for a over priced round steak!!

And as the sun goes down in the Pacific Northwest and the coals die out I bid you good evening and happy almost Sunday football!! Hope all your teams win (unless they are playing the Seahawks..) then your out of luck!!

Funny ...2.35 for a sixer! Can't even get a good single for that these days!! Although I think I got mine for 6.99...whatever! Enjoy the little things...I'm past beer and onto rum!!
