Saturday Football Wings, Legs & Rings

TVWBB Olympian
Mixture of wings and legs marinated for 6 hours with Goya Mojo Criollo and then seasoned with
Plowboys Yardbird rub.

Put onto the Performer, using Royal Oak lump, a chunk of pecan and my Grill Grates.

40 minutes later and a few turns the wings and legs were sauced with Plowboys Sweet 180 and
Smokin Guns BBQ Gun Powder.

10 minutes later off the Performer.

Plated with my wife’s delicious Onion Rings.

Chicken was moist, tender and the skin crispy. Onion rings were delicious as always.

Rolf: Yardbird is my go to rub for chicken and sometimes ribs. Just adds flavor that my other ones don't seem to have.
