My friends SpongeBob came up with this but I'm not sure where he got it from he won't tell me. It took a long time for SpongeBob to give up this recipe he wouldn't give it up

Thanks Tony - I tried SpongeBob's bird over the weekend and it was excellent. I used Benoits Cajun Seasoning and some Chinese Five Spice Powder as my seasonings. Everyone really liked it...

Cooked this chicken Sunday and the recipe is delicious!

I have started using my 22.5 wsm without the water pan to cook the chicken with high heat and I think its the only way to go as you don't have to worry about the flare ups.
 
I really like how the texture of that chicken looks. Makes me want to try the marinade you used. Thanks for sharing!
