Ok..Just came home from another Trip(swedish road trip).."saltimbocca" Not like the traditional one. Butt it works.

Here we go:

Not veal..But the inne thigh of beef...Nor Salvia but basil...But the same prosciutto/ham


The beef Salt/pepper...prosciutto/then a red/green basil ontop to be secured with someT-pic.


Emilie wrapped some Feta style cheese in bcn/The Leftover bcn was dosed with a heavy chili rub´n put on a skewer


Thyme taters for the kids.

After 2 min Flip:


1 min then Served!

Very, very impressive. Nice re-interpretation of traditional saltimbocca. Looks just as flavorful as the traditional version.
 
Looks Great -for a second there I thought you guys were wrapping hunks of butter in the bacon - just the feta- Everyone looks wonderful!

I have a peice of Pork cooking along as we speak.(part of the chest) Had to put it on frozen,se how that goes.
