Salmon and squash

A friend owns a farm and we buy produce and eggs from her. We got our delivery the other day and there was a nice squash for grilling. We had a tasty wild caught sockeye salmon filllet so onto the BabyQ they went. Super good. Simple seasoning of olive oil
pepper garlic and onion was all we had on it. Skin on the salmon was crispy like a chip, yum!

Salmon looks great and sometimes simple seasonings are the best. I love good grilled yellow squash.
