This shé~cone was luscious! Tender and moist inside with the skin just the right texture. Wicker's does a wonderful thing to chicken.
And using the WSM for rotis is perfect. The bird is direct over the heat of the coals yet doesn't burn, no flare ups... Beautiful..
The CBRotisserie ring is daggum near perfect. Certainly a nice investment.

Thanks for visiting

Good to hear from yo Fat Eddy! Jim great looking cone there! I can't wait to try my CB roti myself. Those are the results I want! It loks perfect!

I absolutely love rotisserie chicken and yours looks outstanding! After seeing results like this from all of you each day, well, I'm going to have to get a 2nd job so I can afford all of the gadgets.

Beautiful she-cone Jim. I don't have a rotisserie, so I just use my WSM pan-less and get it hot so the skin crisps up. Probably not as good as yours, but passable.

"Man O Man" I just got to heaven!
Nice job Jim.I could eat that whole bird in one sitting. That blows my mind that it was done in 45mins. When we get back from our ice fishing trip I will definitely use that bottle of Wicker's you gave us. I wish they had spell check on this site!!
Thanks for sharing,

Excellent yardbird Jim! I've been using Wicker's on pork loin, pork chops and chicken pieces for years as a mop/marinade. Always turns out good.

All looks Super Jim. I've been thinking about getting one of those Cajun Bandit rotiss rings for my WSM. This mighty put my over the edge.
