Should I Tie-up with kitchen string this Boneless Serloin Roast weighing around five(5) lbs before “spinning-it” on my Cajun Bandit Rotisserie.

I gather that a big roast could fall-apart if untied? Best and easiest way to tie a Roast?

Yeah, tying one up only takes a little time and the “shape holding” is much nicer for presentation, usually.
Besides you need to have that sort of thing well practiced for when I come to help you devour one of them!😂
