Rotisserie Roast Beef

I started a Sirloin Tip Roast on the rotisserie this morning, in preparation for the first football game of the year.

On the spit:

Take a bite (has a few sauteed mushrooms and smokey horseradish sauce)!

It started around 430 degrees F. I closed the vents and it fell to about 400. It eventually fell to around 350. It took 1.5 hrs in total.
